    Maintenance fees 2021: $1,208

Per the owner: The resort is in the Blue Ridge a beautiful, natural area. It has great restaurants, nearby, and lots of activities for families. It's near Appalachian State and not very far from Ashville and the Biltmore. The resort grounds themselves have lots of outdoor activities for families, mostly all in walking distance. The indoor swimming pool is one of the best we've been in. From the deck of most of the units, one has a breathtaking view of the mountains.

*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*

*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
