    Per the owner: The reasons we purchased were many. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the resort and the constant maintenance to keep the facilities in a higher standard of comfort. The staff is always very helpful and if maintenance issues occurred during our stay , they were always very prompt in addressing them.

    We used this resort as our yearly family reunion and vacation getaway. It was always nice having some room and privacy when traveling with 9-112 people.

    We also liked the fact that the concierge can book trips to activities off site and at times even provided transportation. Being very close to the Theme Parks and Historic Williamsburg was always a plus and also having the adult activities of winery tours and golfing was great.

    We never ran out of things to do and utilized the pools at the resort daily.
