    Southcape Resort and Club is located on the southern part of Cape Cod, eight miles east of Falmouth and 10 miles southwest of Hyannis. The Cape is known as a summer vacation mecca; you'll find that the best features are the history, scenery, charming beaches, seafood restaurants, and wonderful shops. The resort has indoor and outdoor tennis courts and pools. In summer, take a ferry to Nantucket Island or Martha's Vineyard and enjoy activities for all ages.
