PER SELLER: We currently own and have loved our 3 Eagle Crest Time Shares. We are downsizing from 3 to 2 timeshares as we age. We have loved our timeshares over the years using annually with our family and friends at the Eagle Crest Resort or exchanging with good value into RCI for travels elsewhere in the world. Resort has excellent reviews online. The units are town home style units that allow privacy between guests with upstairs and downstairs sleeping spaces, have all of the cooking essentials you need and washer and dryers in the unit. There are 124 units in this Vacation Resort Ownership timeshare program. The annual fees are low in comparison to other timeshares, have minimally raised annual maintenance fees over the years and has been well managed and maintained.
Eagle Crest in Central Oregon is one of our favorite places. Even when the resort says it is full it never feels crowded rom your unit and we have never had difficulty with parking right in front of our unit for loading and unloading needs. This timeshare area of the resort is along the Deschutes River. When requested we have always received the river canyon view which has a very private feel and amazing sun rises. We have also enjoyed the gold course view units which have more of a lush green private feel and many deer to watch in the evening and morning across the golf course.
There are miles and miles of trails to walk or bike at the resort that feel very safe to walk alone or with others. There is a river trail next to the timeshares that loops along a private trail along the Deschutes River Bank which is one of the first things we do when we get to the resort after a day of car travel to stretch our legs and get into vacation mode. There are hot tubs, game rooms, saunas and many other resort amenities and obviously golf that just enhances the expansive setting of the large, quiet 1700 acre resort.
The location is great with Bend, Redmond and Sisters all close. The area has lots of restaurants, food carts, great breweries and tons of outdoor recreation. We never run out of things to do during our week!
