This is a great timeshare to own even if you live in Orlando. For dayuse, anytime you want, you can park for free at the building and use thecommon area facilities which include a play room, bathrooms, showers,refrigerators and pool. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for thebeach. Just call ahead so they know your are coming. My family hasenjoyed this benefit many times!
