The charming cottages at The Forest Hills & Trossachs Club in Stirlingshire, Scotland are sheltered by the scenic foothills of the Trossachs and overlook the tranquil shores of Loch Ard. It is easy to see why this part of Scotland is known as "The Highlands in Miniature." Forest Hills is set in 25 acres of wonderfully landscaped gardens and woodland. Three miles from the Resort is the town of Aberfoyle with shopping, supermarket and golf course.

Edinburgh is one hour, thirty minutes drive and Glasgow is just one hours drive away. Nearby attractions include Loch Lomond, Stirling Castle, Doune Castle, Inchmahome Priory, Wallace Monument, Blair Castle, Bannockburn, SS Sir Walter Scott Steamer on Loch Katrine, Queen Elizabeth Forest Park and Blair Drummond Safari Park. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area of Scotland has to offer guests.

The resort units are excellently furnished with fully-equipped kitchens and many units have their own sauna. Most are south facing with stunning views across the Loch from a private patio or balcony, complete with outdoor furniture. All units are incredibly spacious. Two-bedroom units have a double ensuite and a twin bedroom.

On site is a hotel with bar and restaurant, tennis courts, putting, croquet and a Leisure Centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, solarium, gymnasium and billiard room. A competition size indoor curling rink converts for indoor bowling in the summer. During the season the nearby Lochside Marina provides boating, canoeing and windsurfing.
