Yup, HGV has agreed to purchase Bluegreen Vacations, the whole enchellada, transaction to close some time in 1H2024. Given the uncertainty of how exactly the two systems will be blended, I would offer that anyone considering a new purchase of a Bluegreen VOI defer that purchase until the details of the new arrangement are available. Bluegreen has about 200k VOI owners; HGV has about 500k. BG has about 50 resorts; HGV has about 150. This will be interesting to watch....
