What’s the amenities fee? In the past when renting directly from the timeshare owner there were no additional fees.

Just spoke to Diamond’s customer service department In Orlando, FL andthey confirmed there are no amenities fees when staying as a guest of anowner. Spoke to a rep named Angel C.

Per the resort, the amenity/resort fee $27.30 per night, after taxes.
