Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

  • The timeshare sales agent is responsible for selling and marketing timeshares to potential customers. Sales Agents will coordinate with owners to verify the vacation ownership, determine pricing, and assist the sellers and buyers through the process.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Position does not involve cold calling, all inquiries are inbound through the website.

Requirements

  • A Florida real estate license is REQUIRED
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High-speed Internet connection and office set-up

Benefits & Other Details

  • Work remotely, no travel required.
  • You will be a contractor, not an employee.
  • Pay $55,000 - $130,000/year, based on volume of contracts closed.
