Would you like to know that you can enjoy spring’s beauty with its colorful azaleas and blooming dogwood every year? How about knowing you’ll be spending a refreshing summer vacation in mountains away from heat and humidity? Or that you’ll be planning great east coast skiing each winter?

All of this can be found by owning a timeshare resale at Cedar Village Beech Mountain, North Carolina. Currently listed on RedWeek for this resort: 3 resales: $1 – $1,199, points/credits from $0.01/each. All Cedar Village units have 3 bedrooms, perfect for big families or multigenerational vacationing, or groups of friends – girlfriend getaways and mancations. Also on the first floor are the dining room and a living room, equipped with a gas log fireplace inside each unit. The second floor has a bath and three bedrooms all with queen beds.

In the area are many outdoor activities including fishing in a lake stocked with trout, canoeing, white-water rafting, and horseback riding. Winter sports includes downhill skiing – there are five ski areas within 10 miles. For fun shopping you’ll find many local craft shops and antique stores.A reviewer said this:

“All units have 3 bedrooms. The units are large and have a homey feel. The units have a gas log fireplace. Beech Mountain is the highest (in elevation) incorporated town east of the Mississippi River. When we went in August one year we had to turn the gas fireplace on in the mornings, which most people from the hot and humid south can’t fathom. If you want to get out of the heat and humidity of a southern summer then Beech Mountain is the place to go. We enjoyed Beech Mountain, Cedar Village and the surrounding towns of Banner Elk and Boone. The mountains are beautiful in this area of North Carolina.”
