Everything is negotiable!!! The closing costs, the final price, the year that it first get's to be used, the current state of the maitenance fees. We are currently in negotiations to purchase a timeshare in Hilton Head and it's goign fairly well. The only problem is at each corner the price listed isn't quite what it's ended up costing. Not a big deal, but it does put a sour taste in your mouth. The maitenance fees are $100 more than was listed on the ad, the closing costs are $140 more than was quoted. But in the end, everything is negotiable.
