We have been owners for the last 16 years, enjoyed TMC but now the maintenance fees are out of sight. In addition as we age, don't want to pass this albatross onto our children. We are thinking of not paying this years maintenance fee...in the hope that it will move us along on the deed back process. We just want to get out of this no longer needed obligation. Any advice??
