You've taken a brave move and I wish you luck. I took all of my paperwork to a leading Class Action lawyer and, unfortunately, he said the contracts were very well written (not surprisingly) and I (we) didn't stand a chance in a Class Action suit. Probably the best approach for us victims is to either try to sell our place or rent each year to cover expenses. The latter is what I've been doing.
