len, that's the person i hoped you contacted. at the time of the hurricane (sandy) when i had to cancel my TMC reservation, they wouldn't honor my request. mayor bloomberg declared a nyc emergency, and my reservation time was changed to suit the situation. how unconscionable and unreasonable does TMC need to be before they act rationally and with a tad of empathy/sympathy? they go well beyond DISGRACEFUL.
