(1) At the time of my purchase I was not informed of the extra charge for "utilities" at check-in. Do any other owners have a problem with this? (2) The letter concerning the assessment: It states "The damage was repaired with insurance funds but it has resulted in a review by the management -----" The amount of the assessment, and the extent of the new improvements, was decided by the "management".
