norin, my experience comes from owning weeks not points. I don't know what Fairfield points are worth on the resale market, but hopefully someone will come along with experience in that area. I would think, though, that if you offer the points for sale at a reasonable price (lower than a Fairfield developer) that you wouldn't have any trouble at all selling them. I would suggest you first find out what your Fairfield points are worth by doing a Google search and going from there.
