I haven't stayed there, but do know that it IS under construction and it will be that way for a while. I'll ask my friend what he thought... he was just there a week ago. If you want a guaranteed exchange, you should consider staying at one of the Cancun resorts... possibly The Royal Islander or Royal Sands. You wouldn't be disappointed!
