I am a member also and refuse to pay the "extraordinary assessment" that will only benefit the owners by bringing in more people who are not members. If it goes to collections, I will fight it there. I never received a detailed report as stated in our original contract. Also, any special assessment must be for "unforeseen and unforeseeable" events. A new restaurant or pool does not meet those requirements. TO ALL MEMBERS...DO NOT PAY,
