This is so difficult to navigate.[/Q] They're probably getting you out by telling you not pay anything and then letting it go into foreclosure. Once Diamond forecloses on you, you will no longer be owner and you will technically be "out". Then this company will tell you that it did what you wanted, getting you "out" of Diamond.
