I bought directly from Westin. But honestly, I think you would be better off buying off Red Week. The ability to convert to Westin StarPoints is really outweighted by the savings of purchasing on the secondary market. Moreover, you are able to to still trade between the Westin Vacation Ownership resorts and through Interval International.
