I am considering purchasing a week at Los Tules, but have a few questions that I hope existing owners will answer. The maintenance fees are extremely high. Do the owners feel this is justified? Have the fees increased consistently every year? I have read some negative reviews on the resort. Any truth to them? Do you regret owning at Los Tules? Thanks for your help.
