We toured the Grand Mayan in Cabo in April. According to the sales rep we met with, it will be opening in July/August. I called the Mayan reservations line and they confirmed the opening but said they are currently booked for the first few months for our size room (2BR/2BA). The hotel looks very nice and the pool area is simply amazing and grand!
