If we are aware of any fees the resort charges, there will be a note on every posting. Currently we have a note on Oyster Bay Beach Resort postings that rentals are subject to government and utility taxes that will vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $85 total for studio units, $99 for one-bedroom units, and $134 for two-bedroom units.
