We just returned and had a great time. We had a nice ocean view room. The blender broke and it was immediately replaced with a new one. Check in and out was smooth and timely. Towels are only exchanged on Monday and Tuesday on the 8th floor of the main building. The resteraunt is really an excellent snack bar with a grill that does a great job but has limited hours. Mitch does a great job. The Tiki Bar is great and so is Eric the bartender. We will return.
