Biggest scam out there isn't time share it's these companies that claim they can get you out of it.[/Q] I agree wholeheartedly, in concept (and I agree that timeshare isn't the real bogeyman here), but in some jurisdictions that $6k figure mentioned above would be above small claims court dollar parameters, necessitating a different (and much more expensive) approach to get these types of thieving parasites into a courtroom.
