If you buy from the developer, it will be many years before you reach the point where you are saving money on your accomodation. I suggest buying a place where you would like to vacation regularly, and buy it on the resale market. I own Fairfield, but each person has to make his own choice based on their particular desires and their financial resources. Good Luck. Stan.
