All I'm saying is, in order to legally rescind a timeshare purchase in Mexico (or anywhere else for that matter) you do not need Mescam. Dozens of people have come on this website recounting how they were able to successfully rescind a Mexican timeshare purchase without the help of Mescam. When someone signs a timeshare purchase agreement, that person gets with his package clear instructions how to legally rescind. Nowhere in there does it say the person must go to Mescam's website.
