For example, I see that a two bedroom recently sold and has $12,000 as the price on the site. Is that what it sold for or what it was advertised for before the parties started negotiating the sale? We don't know what the final prices are for timeshares that are sold since we aren't involved in the actual transaction. Thanks, Marty
