[q](Our internal, owners exchange reservation was booked in March 2007 and reconfirmed 3 weeks prior to our August 5, 2007 check-in).[/q] [b]It looks as if she did a Westgate internal exchange and not an exchange company exchange. Had she performed an exchange via an exchange company, then yes, she could have had some recourse.[/b]
