What are they going to do, say 'no'?[/Q] If "they" is the credit card company, then yes, it's possible that "they" will say No and side with VG. In the eyes of the credit card company, "they" usually say that you willfully and legally entered into a contract and purchase and that VG did everything according to the contract. Of course, It's likely that the sales people lied to you but you paid according to what was written in the contract. You can try again if you wish but I wouldn't expect a different result.
