[b]This is why the mantra from Redweek forum members is to never pay an upfront fee to sell or rent your timeshare. There are literally thousands of victims that have been taken in by these companies. If you wish to become an activist against upfront fee companies then read of all garym's post here on Redweek. He's also trying to get the media involved in investigating upfront fee scams. BTW, there probably never wasr a legitimate Daniel Smith. I'm sure he has moved on to invent another upfront scam of some sort with a new company name and a new personal name. These people close one scam and open another.[/b]
