The resort was constructed over a 20-year period in different phases. The phases are the 1.Courts (the oldest), 2.Falls, 3.Spa, 4.Palms, 5.Springs, 6.Fountains, 7.Fountains II, 8.Lakes and 9.Cascades (the newest).
