Signature has higher end finishes such as granite counter tops, nicer beds and sheets, espresso machines and better stoves and ovens. You also get some minor perks as better towels for pools, slippers and robes, a concierge, PS3 in rooms, and private deck area at pool with wait staff. You also get wristbands to give you and your guests free mini golf, tubes, rock wall and big water slide. But the regular villas are very nice as well. We enjoy both, but Signature is nice when you have a large group and you enjoy meals in room and have kids that play.
