[b]And no, you don't have to include a reason to rescind ... just send the signed rescission letter certified U.S. mail/return receipt. It's the date/time stamped on the certified letter that counts when rescinding and it's proof that you sent the letter within the rescission period. The address to send it to should be in your contract along with other instructions for rescinding, but be sure to send it certified mail/return receipt.[/b]
