The goal is to price it so that the market (buyer) will be interested. Many people price their resales far too high. It doesn't matter what you paid for your timeshare initially (rather from the developer or resale) it's what the market (buyer) will pay that counts. However, some weeks can't even be given away ... it's all about supply and demand.[/b]
