I've seen reviews that are as different as night and day posted a couple days apart. Many discrepancies are due to the type and location of a unit. One person might stay in an older unit that needs updated furniture or maintanence work. Another person might be staying in a new unit and have no problems. I try to base my opinon on how the resort handles a problem.
