How do you prove that?[/Q] [b]Actually, unless there is a blatant lie (ie: waiving rescission rights) in the contract, there's really no way to prove what the timeshare salesperson told you verbally. There's an old saying in the world of timeshare that, "if a developer timeshare salesperson moves their lips then they're lying". Not all timeshare salespeople stretch the truth, but most of them do whether in the USA or elsewhere.[/b]
