I can't reach them to make annual reservations.[/Q] It's a total mess...we re having so many problems...VRI has no clue what they are doing..should have kept the old system..we own 5 mrop and are totally frustrated...IF you reach someone at VRI re exchange they admit they have no clue..lots of luck.
