[b]I honestly don't understand some developers .... in this time of major economic stress/crisis when many people will have a hard time even paying their yearly maintenance fees (much less a mortgage on a Marriott timeshare), Marriott comes along with a $2000 special assessment for roof repair .... evidently there are zero reserves at this resort ... who's handling the money I would ask? If I were Marriott, I would patch the roof until better economic times come along.[/b]
