FYI A developer called Caribbean Properties bought old Cerromar Hotel facilities. Rumors in the streets says old building will be destroyed and move more inner land to avoid erossion in years to come. How far from beach will it be? When new facilities will be open? Only God and Caribbean Properties know. Hope someone from developer's office read this and write an answer. Don't know about new facilities. Properties (timeshares)prices should go up when New Cerromar opens (logic says). Like the last person wrote: "hang in there and see what happens."
