You can ask other TUG members if they can "see" any Cabo availabilities with their units. It will not help getting your exchange, BUT if other TUG members can "see Cabo" and you can't, it tells you that RCI has availabilities and your unit does not have the trading power for the exchange. I believe you have to join TUG to use this feature(www.tug2.net).
