We're here in Jan 09 and we dont' notice the construction. The resort is beautiful and the views from our unit is fabulous. As to groceries and booze. Besides the store onsite for immediate requirements there is a full shopping mall across the street. Just down the street is a huge liquor and wine store. But really Walmart, Sams, Costco is a $0.70 ride onthe bus which is a neat experience! Buy lots of groceries.............taxi is like $15USD back from walmart/Sams.
