Am I correct in assuming that you would not be just "buying into VIP"? You would be buying additional points and , therefore, additional vacation time. It is too bad that your resale purchase was an old pre-points property. Even though resale purchases can not be used toward VIP, it certainly IS possible to buy Wyndham points-based contracts through resale to get more flexible usage. MD
