Hi, I am quite new to Timeshare, and thinking of purchasing a binnial 2BR Williamsburg Planatation unit at a resale market - hopefully though Ebay. However, what I am not certain is about the maintenance fee. On the listing I found on Ebay, it is stated as $355 every other year (only billed on the use year), and it seems to be TOO cheap for such property... Is there an easy way to check properties' maintenance fee to make comparisons? Thanks!
