I would be very interested to hear if anyone has any results from Profeco. We purchased in June, 2008, and are wondering if the resort will ever be ready. The thing is, our year is almost up, if in fact we do have a year to contact Profeco. I have a feeling that we would have had to rescind our contract within five days.
