Do not forget to tell your prospective buyer that they are not eligible to use the Hyatt Hotels every other year, this is only for people that purchase a Hyatt timeshare directly from Hyatt chain and is not passed along to subsequent owners.If I would have known this I would have either not purchased this unit or asked for a reduction in the purchase cost.
