[b]Tell you mother to look in her safe or wherever she keeps all her important papers as there has to be a deed of ownership relating to the timeshares. You say she's still paying the maintenance fees? Has she tried getting in touch with the resort(s) to ask what she actually owns .... it should be in their records.[/b]
