I just came back from Kaanapali Beach Club a few days ago and the maintenance fee plus club fee for 2010 will be around $1,300. I got 8500 points, but the fees also varies by points. They are now combining the 2 fees instead of breakdown like previously. If you're new owner and purchase around 10,000 points or more within this year or later, fees will be around $1600, more points = higher fee cost, it's a new thing they're implementing since developer is not subsidizing maintenance fee any longer and it all go to owners.
