We are just totally disgusted with Vistana and it would be great if all owners could get together and protest about this. We are just not paying this refurbishment fee as requests for money for refurbishment will not stip here. Next year it could be a few thousand for a roof or whatever. We have owned in the Courts since 1981 and paid our maintenance every year since without delay. We live in Scotland and I have even suggested to Vistana that we may go national regarding this perhaps in the papers or on TV. I think this is the only way. if they are collecting 400,000 dollars per house per year why on earth they cannot pay for a refurbishment is beyond belief. I look forward to hearing from as many members as possible.
