Thanks for your input Hazel. We are also disgusted with Vistana. We have also owned for a similar period and live in the UK. We are pinning our hopes that a Vistana owner from Florida will take the initiative and seek legal advice. Then we can all exchange contact information and speak with one voice through a legal representative. I also think that if we do not stand up to the management company at this time, then we will regret it at a later date.
